We carefully inspect your order before we ship it off. Customers wishing to return products are kindly requested to notify the company by e-mail or phone before sending the product back. Upon receipt of the product, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the customer.
To ease the return process, we kindly ask you to send us the tracking number, when the item is returned. If you have any questions regarding product quality, we encourage you to contact us by email or phone and inform us about their "Best Before Date".
Please note that if the liquorice was not bought online, you must first go to the shop where the liquorice was purchased before contacting us. LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and it is the customer's responsibility to keep up to date with any changes.
